Mona Lisa in Titisee-Neustadt

I ate the pizza 5 months ago during a spa vacation at the Black Forest Lake Titisee. It was so good that I remembered it right. Should you want to go to Passarella next to: Please let it stay there you are mega unfriendly and the food is not good either. Mona Lisa is the best Italian on the Titisee!

Good food and fair prices, plus very nice service.

I was there with both children. We ordered a salad and 3 different pizzas. Everything was delicious. Even my little one, who doesn't like cheese, ate half of her pizza margherita herself. And that has to mean something :-)

We had a super friendly service - unfortunately that was also with positive impressions. The pizza is probably made from a ready-made dough (you can see it on the smooth, structure-free base). So did the sauce. The salad dressing was also bought and even the carrot strips come from a glass and were therefore pickled. All in all, everything is cheap, but the quality is very disappointing. One last disappointment and surprise: my wife asked to leave out an expensive ingredient (gorgonzola) and replace it with something cheaper (mozzarella). So not additionally. Without informing us, 1.50 EUR was charged for this (see photo of the receipt) - it's not about the sum but about the principle.

Authentic and tasty Italian. Not a typical "tourist restaurant" at all. Always my pleasure.

Super tasty pizza, unfortunately the casserole wasn't good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The premises were clean. I would love to come back.

Nice little pizzeria in Titisee. The stone oven pizza was delicious. Above all, I would like to highlight the very friendly staff. It was very busy that evening, but everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt very well. Thanks to the team.

Industrial food, tasteless at best, downright bad at worst. Service with little smile for whom the mask seems to be optional. To be avoided, therefore.

Great service .... Chef and his Fratello are great hosts. Great pizza (with Gorgonzola). I would love to come again. I can only recommend it.

I cannot say anything good about this place. The pizza was one of the worse ever, they didn't have a crucial ingredient and didn't even inform us about it, just served the pizza without it. And this happened after I tried to order one of their pasta, but I changed my mind when they said the don't have shrimps. The place is not cosy. Quite unpleasant experience.

Insolence, the 2nd of us waited almost 15 minutes for a seat. When a fourth group came, this was taken first. Probably to fill the restaurant? To make more sales? well, has never been there and never will

2 stars for the nice service. Pizza consisted mostly of ready-made products. Soaked, so that the pizza base was more like a microwave pizza. For my taste very carelessly topped and the cheap ingredients thrown on it. Won't eat there anymore.

Always friendly, even when it's full. Pizza and pasta really delicious. You always have to reserve a table right now in summer. 👍😃

Very good pizza and nice service. The terrace is somewhat secluded and therefore quieter than on the promenade. We liked it a lot 👍🏼

Super delicious and huge pizza. Service very friendly. Outside you can sit nicely by a small pond. Upon request, garlic was brought in at no extra charge.

Worst restaurant I've been to for years. The service is slow and not helping. The waiters served the food with their fingers touching the food. Food overcooked (possibly rests from other customers). We didn't finish and left.

Small cozy Italian restaurant. Attentive and positive staff. Tasty pizza. Tried local ’schwazwald pizza’ - delicious.

Great service and the food is very well done.

The queue was really long, and once we got there, we were barely give a minute to enjoy the painting. The guards were very rude and it ruined the whole experience.

We were a large group and came in the early afternoon without invitation. Although the time was short we were greeted and served wonderfully. The food was very nice and the prices reasonable.

We had a very tasty pizza and pommes as a side. The pommes weren't too thin. Friendly staff. A bit cramped, but would go again. Coffee was a bit too strong for my liking, and have to share toilets with the mini golf, but worth a visit.

Graet food and service

We visited the place and ordered takeaway pizza. We had to wait hour and a half for one pizza and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Additionally, the waitresses were very unfriendly. I wpuld certainly not visit again.

The food is great but... Have they never heard of a fly zapper?! I had a fly annoy me the whole time there. Also, the chef isn't the brightest. Why would you put the big and relatively heavy toppings in the middle of the pizza? It'll slide off as soon as you'll pick up the pizza slice.

Very very bad service, average food & costly.

Horrible food, bad service and very racist experience. The hotel had the attitude to only give our table a rules card forcing us to order - each person 15 euros. The rule stated even if we don’t order for 15 euros per person they will still bill us. We observed that none of the other tables were given such a card and many tables had just one person having a coffee or a big table with 10 people where only 2 people were eating. We waited for approximately 70 mins for the food arrive which was not even average quality. Never had such a racist experience in Germany so far. This restaurant definitely gave us a very bad taste. Would never recommend this place even if this is the last place to have food in Titisee-Neustadt. Ps: I am not able to post without giving a single star in google review, hence I am forced to give a single star. I would not give this hotel any star.

They gave this weird card which says all seated at the table must order at least 1 dish from the menu else they will charge 10 euros per guest. They didn’t keep the card for all tables only for some people it looked like. You staff has this attitude and it stinks. Never doing this again!

we went as a family and everyone had a great time! The food was great, and the even have gluten free options! The service was amazing (especially the waiter Benjamino ) was funny and nice. I recommend to order a table a few hours before you go to eat .

The food was delicious and fresh out the oven, the outside sitting area was great and didn’t feel crowded. I’d recommend to call at least a few hours ahead to reserve a table. The service was quick and the waiter benjamino was super nice and funny and his recommendations were on point! Would really recommend dining here!

Very good restaurant, nice people

Excellent take-away pizza and open until later than a lot of the surrounding restaurants, so a good fallback option if you're running late and don't have any food at home.
